Don't try to rank for "Real Estate Agent New York." You'll never beat Zillow. Instead, try to rank for "Luxury Condos for Sale in Tribeca" or "First Time Home Buyer Agent Brooklyn."
Create community pages on your website dedicated to specific neighborhoods, school districts, and even specific condo buildings.
4. Automated Lead Nurturing (CRM)
Real estate is a long game. A lead might sign up today but not buy for 6 months. You can't call them every day.
