These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Echo Virtual Support ("Company," "we," "us"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Echo Virtual Support provides digital services including but not limited to:

Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram)
Website Development (Landing Page, Business Website, E-Commerce)
Mobile App Development (iOS & Android)
SEO and Search Marketing
Email Marketing Campaigns
Branding and Identity Design
CRM Solutions
Data Analytics
AI Customer Support

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to you.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on the 1st of each billing cycle.
One-time project fees are due as specified in the individual project agreement.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days' notice.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscription services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Service continues until the end of the paid billing period.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
Grant necessary access to social media accounts, websites, or platforms as required.
Review and approve content in a timely manner.
Not use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks used in delivering services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other's proprietary information and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Echo Virtual Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, follower counts, or revenue outcomes from our digital marketing services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
