How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, as our calendar fills quickly. Portrait and fashion sessions typically book 2–4 weeks out. For peak season dates (October–March), earlier is always better.
What is included in the photo gallery?
You'll receive a private, beautifully designed online gallery with all fully edited images in high resolution. The gallery stays live for 60 days and allows unlimited downloads. We also offer USB drives and premium print options.
Do you travel outside of Tampa?
Absolutely! We regularly shoot across the Tampa Bay area including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, and Orlando. We also accept destination wedding commissions anywhere in Florida and beyond. Travel fees apply for sessions outside a 50-mile radius.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your 25% retainer is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the session, we offer a full credit. Within 60 days, the retainer is forfeited. Unforeseen emergencies are handled case by case with compassion.
How long until I receive my images?
Portrait and fashion sessions are delivered within 2 weeks. Wedding galleries are delivered within 3 weeks of your wedding day. We always aim to surprise our clients with early delivery!
